ERIK (All Day):
- 8:00 AM -- Check Stripe for weekend sales. Check MailerLite for new subscribers.
- 8:30 AM -- Reply to ALL DMs and emails from Friday night through Monday morning.
- 9:00 AM -- Send 10 DMs to new engagers (people who liked/commented over the weekend).
- 10:00 AM -- Edit last week's YouTube video (if not done Friday). Add subtitles if needed.
- 12:00 PM -- Create 3-5 Instagram Story slides for the week (use Canva templates).
- 1:00 PM -- Write this week's email newsletter (or schedule it for Thursday).
- 2:00 PM -- Send 10 more DMs. Comment on 20 posts in Brazilian dentist groups.
- 3:00 PM -- Plan Tatiana's filming schedule for the rest of the week.
TUESDAY -- YouTube Publish Day + Sales Outreach
TATIANA:

- 1:00 PM -- Send 20 DMs (can batch 10 at lunch, 10 at 3 PM).
- 2:00 PM -- Send 2 partnership outreach emails (immigration attorneys, NBDHE tutors, credential agencies).

SATURDAY -- CEO STRATEGY DAY
This is NOT a work day. This is a THINK day. 2-3 hours max. You zoom out and work ON the business, not IN it.
9:00 AM -- The Big Picture Review (30 min):
- Are we on track for this quarter's revenue target?
- What's the #1 bottleneck right now? (Traffic? Conversion? Delivery?)
- Are we spending time on things that DON'T make money? Cut them.
- Review the 13-Week Plan -- are we ahead or behind?
9:30 AM -- Growth Strategy (30 min):
- Which YouTube video got the most views this month? Make 3 more like it.
- Which email had the highest open rate? Use that subject line style again.
- Which DM script gets the most replies? Double down on it.
- Any new partnerships to pursue? Immigration attorneys? NBDHE tutors? Credential agencies?
- Should we start paid ads yet? (Not until you have $10K/month revenue consistently.)
10:00 AM -- Content Planning (30 min):
- Plan next week's YouTube video topic and talking points for Tatiana
- Pick 4 Instagram Reel scripts from the Reels section for next week
- Choose the email newsletter topic and format
- Review the Content Calendar and check off what's done
10:30 AM -- Expansion Thinking (30 min):
- Are we ready for the next product launch? (Mastermind? VIP?)
- Spanish content -- when do we start? (After $25K/month consistently)
- Other professions -- veterinarians? pharmacists? (After dental is at $50K/month)
- Platform play -- can we bring in other experts to teach their pathways?
- Read the Expansion Plan document and update it with new ideas
